The Song Dynasty master calligrapher Mi Fu praised it in Commentary on Paper: "Ten thousand pestle-beaten Yue bamboo fibers yield paper that is firm, thin, and delightful on the oil-polished stone." This heritage paper revives the authentic characteristics of Mi Fu's preferred bamboo paper, excelling in both artistic application and archival preservation.
